Moringa Magic

WHAT IS MORINGA?

Known as the Tree of Life, Moringa Oleifera’s medicinal properties is much appreciated in the ayurvedic community. Moringa Oleifera tree grows in tropical conditions and is native to India. The leaf, which is the most nutritious part of the tree, is loaded with vitamins and minerals. For this reason, it has been newly given the term superfood to join the likes of matcha.

Fresh Moringa Oleifera leaves contain 70 to 75% moisture and when they are dried, the moisture content goes down to less than 8% and hence the nutrients become much more concentrated. That is the reason why people prefer to use Moringa Powder in their supplements. Moringa Oleifera trees typically thrive in the sun and go dormant in cold weather.
